Come along to FREE WEEKLY MEDITATION CLASSES and you will learn how to meditate at home and also essential balancing techniques that are easy to learn and practice. It is a living process that in a few minutes per day can realistically be incorporated into your every day life, and make such a difference! 

Sahaja Yoga is practiced in over 80 countries around the world and classes are always entirely FREE to attend. We never charge for these classes.

No physical exercises, postures or special clothing is required. Course participants have a choice of sitting on a chair or carpeted floor.  


Sahaja Yoga Classes are currently available at 3 locations across Adelaide and are run by local people here who are experienced practitioners.  it's something everyone can do at home or in a group, and we're more than happy to share this wonderful experience without cost.There is no need to book - though it will be helpful to us if you would email us to let us know you are coming - but you are equally welcome to just turn up and you can start any week. We will give you an intro and then you can join in with the group.
